Really enjoyable

JR, West Midlands, stayed: May 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The staff were particularly helpful (specifically, Ella, waitress, Ollie, bar, Sue at breakfast and Fred the chef). Although there was a hiccup at the end of our 2nd evening meal, the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. Probably best to make sure all staff know about the details of the 2nd night's meal. But this did not spoil our stay at all. We will be back!! Thank you all (and thanks for the wonderful greeting from the receptionist and her farewell at the end of our stay. Great smile!)

Pleasant

DC, Kent, stayed: February 2025

The hotel and staff were lovely, however, the continental breakfast was disappointing, there was very little choice. The cooked breakfast took around three quarters of an hour to arrive on both days of our stay.

Lovely getaway

JB, Northamptonshire, stayed: January 2025

Had a lovely stay in this pretty village hotel. Our room was large with a seating area and king size bed and lovely and character full. The bathroom is the only bit that lets it down slightly as it could really use an upgrade to make it as nice as the room. Really good bar and restaurant with attentive and friendly staff. Our evening meal was very nice and good portion sizes. Breakfast was a bit of a mixed bag, good continental selection and the avocado on sourdough was nice. The eggs benedict was a bit disappointing with a non toasted muffin, overcooked eggs and what looked like cheap square sandwich ham. Overall I would definitely recommend and stay again as all the important things were right and it was a nice night away.

Wonderful Stay

JB, Kent, stayed: October 2024

My Wife and I stayed at the Wroxton on 29th October to 1st November 2024 and it will go down as one of our best breaks. Beautiful room, fantastic food, very helpful and personable staff of which nothing was too much trouble, general ambience of the hotel was friendly and to be quite honest it was a shame we had to leave.
