Great news! - we are now opening up to new reservations for booking from 4th July onwards. We are still working with a limited customer service team so unfortunately we won't be unable to provide our usual telephone support at this stage. We will however respond to any email queries as quickly as we can.
We've also formulated a new 'book with confidence' policy regarding safety and the security of your booking. In short, as long as you give us 48 hrs notice, you won't lose out and if the hotel needs to close, you can get a full refund.
