Great stay
Great food, helpful staff, luxurious rooms
What a treat
Super hotel with impeccable staff. We had a delightful room, not in the main old hotel which initially disappointed me as we walked on through the restaurant and spa to reach a room in the ugly part of the building. ..how wrong I was, to 'make up' for being out of the charming old building we had an enormous room reminiscent of a scottish hunting lodge!
Great one night package, wish we could have stayed for longer!
This is a welcoming and relaxing hotel. The staff are very friendly and professional and the hotel's in a peaceful location. Particular highlights were the spacious room overlooking the gardens, outdoor hot tub and delicious dinner & breakfast. We will definitely stay here again and can't recommend it highly enough.
wedding anniversary
We stayed for two nights in October to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary. We could not have chosen a better location. We would find it hard to find fault any aspect of our stay and would definitely recommend.
Ideal Hotel
3rd stay at the hotel. Different rooms each time and all have been excellent. Food is exceptional and the staff cater well for any dietary requirements. Spa - very good. A great place if you like walking as you have easy access to the Cotswold way. We will be returning again.
Atmosphere in the resturant
The resturant was very quiet with no atmosphere which made it feel quite awkward
Stayed at The Greenway hotel for one night on our road trip of fabulous hotels.
Lovely hotel, all staff very friendly and efficient, comfortable bed, pretty grounds, good food. Well done

Have been here twice now, spa is OK, treatments on package are not 30 minutes but 10 minutes trying to sell products. However, the staff are very welcoming and cannot do enough for you, happy to have a chat among their many duties, the rooms are very clean with water and fruit a given each day. The restaurant is the jewel in the crown, it is to die for, this is a 2 AA Rosettes but should be a Michelin star, the food is exquisite with exquisite wines available to complement. Beautiful grounds with lots to see nearby and not far from Cheltenham, Our second visit was not a disappointment from our first and we look forward to returning.
