Home truths
- Guests recieve 90 minutes spa access, if you book a 55 minute treatment you'll be allowed 3 hours access.
- Rooms are in both the manor house or the coach house.
- From the main road the entrance to the grounds looks unremarkable, but as you continue along the driveway you soon reach the majestic main house.
- The hotel do apply a discretionary 10% service charge to all bookings. If you'd like this to be removed just ask at check out and the hotel will be happy to do so.

Parking Facilities
There is complimentary parking on-site.
There are no electric vehicle charging points on-site.
Disabled Access
All bedrooms are accessible via stairs only. There are no accessible bedrooms.
The hotel does not have a lift.
History of the hotel
William I constructed the house between 1584 and 1616. The last person to reside in the house was George Constable Hayes. He then died and the house was sold to the Austens. Since then, only minor alterations have been carried out such as the Conservatory Restaurant.
Child Policy
Selected Master and Feature rooms can take one additional bed for children under 12 years old, these are charged at £35 per night bed and breakfast.
Please request a cot if required upon booking. Cots are charged at £15 per night.

Spa restrictions:
Children are permitted in swimming pool only between the following times:
- 7.30am - 9.00am
- 5.00pm - 6.30pm
Children under 4 years old - No access to spa facilities or pool
4-16 years old - Only allowed in pool with adult supervision in the pool at the same time.
There is a charge of £10 per child per day to use the pool.
Dogs Policy
Dogs are not permitted in the main hotel.
