Great hotel

Had a wonderful weekend break. The upgraded room was superb and the spa to die for. Especially loved the outdoor hot tub.

Relaxing and welcoming

We turned up to a bottle of free champagne which we took in to the spa area and sat in hot tub to drink. The package we purchased was great value for money and the food was great. Strongly recommend this.

A Luxurious Relaxing Weekend

On arrival, though a small manor hotel, it is very attractive with well attended grounds. The staff were welcoming and could not do enough to help. The room was superb and the spa facilities were excellent. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and the staff attentive and friendly.
All in all my wife and I had a fabulously relaxing weekend in beautiful surroundings, I just can't praise it enough.

Inconsisent....

We have stayed at The Greenway several times but found this stay slightly lacking. The service was very poor in the restaurant and we felt very neglected as a result of a large group in a private room. The accommodation was adequate but nothing special, the spa is very good and provided the necessary escapism we required. We will probably return as the location suits us but we will expect an improvement on the service.

PERSONAL STAY EXPERIENCE

Bharat V, Purley, stayed: November 2014

- Room: poorly designed, TV sited @ wrong place, too much bulky furniture, inconvenient electrical points, wardrobe out of date etc etc
- Gratuities: grossly over charged (should be discretionary)
- Food: portions not enough, too small and sides vegetables charged as extra ! ( 7.00 for 4 chips and few carrots ) , fried toasts 1/4 of 1 slice of bread
- Wine: wrongly charged and hence had to rectify
