The Greenway never fails to deliver instantly at ease, staff attentive, friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at the Greenway for a number of year.. it is a small hotel delivering excellent service. The atmosphere is relaxed enabling you to feel at home straight away, a real joy to escape & unwind !!

Easter break

We had a lovely time during our 2 night stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food and found the staff both friendly and very helpful.
Our room (28) was fantastic with a great view up the fill.

This a fabulous hotel, which we have been to a number of times, although this time we had quite a few problems, although afterwards the manager was very helpful. Great food and restaurant.

Hotel didn't totally meet our expectations

Owing to continuing works at the Hotel, we were offered a room upgrade and complimentary wine with our evening meal. We appreciated this, but, had we known the extent of the disruption eg Garden Room restaurant replaced with the Spa Cafe, and no lounge area, we would have booked elsewhere.
Somewhat disconcerting was being asked to pay a supplement and service charge on leaving, for food we hadn't ordered on the first evening.
