Excellent Hotel with Spa Facilities

The staff were so incredibly helpful. We were having a challenging time due to my husband's health, but the accommodated many of our additional requests with grace and ease. Thank you so much, Greenway.

Beautiful rooms, lovely staff. Let down by restaurant menu

The bedroom, bathroom and public rooms were absolutely beautiful and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

The hotel website says children aren t allowed in the spa before 5, so I booked a slot from 3.30-5. This wasn t enforced, which was irritating.

I was very disappointed in the lack of choice on the dinner menu and by the small portions of food at dinner. I m vegetarian and chose the hotel because the website says there s a specific veggie / vegan dinner menu - there isn t. Just one or two options on the main menu, neither of which I like.

I d stay here again but dine elsewhere.

Away break

Took a couple of days and nights to chill out and explore the local area. Spent a day in Gloucester and a day in Cheltenham and learned a lot about the area. Good base, staff extremely helpful, food superb and room luxurious. Will almost certainly stay again at some point.

Noticed eye watering wine list prices , cheapest at 45 so ordered house wine which we were charged 60 for and it wasn't very good either!
Also, unfriendly checkout man tried to charge 125 for 2nd night dinner that we didn't have!

A relaxing spa break

I recently enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing break at the Greenway Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everything was 1st class. We had a meal in the restaurant on the first evening and it was superb.
The spa was very relaxing with a pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. I had a treatment at the spa which was very relaxing. I would highly recommend the hotel and spa.

Excellent stay it was for my sisters 70th birthday the staff was welcoming and the food was exceptional plus the treatments in the spa were very enjoyable thank you for a lovely weekend we will return
