Mid week break

Great stay. Exactly what we needed, superb service from lovely staff. Location is ideal for visits to Sudeley Castle and Cheltenham.

A relaxing break

A wonderful night at the hotel, room was spacious and quiet with an extremely comfy bed. The food in the evening was delicious and beautifully presented. Would definitely return and recommend. A peaceful haven in a gorgeous location.

R&R break

Overall we had a relaxing stay in beautiful grounds, we were blessed with the weather. The room (25) was huge and we had a very comfortable bed. It was also very quiet at night so felt very fortunate there. The restaurant itself is lovely and it was busy so had a nice atmosphere. I found the menu limiting and they could not offer alternatives to the vegetables included in the dishes. ( For medical reasons I have to avoid certain green vegetables)

The spa and the treatments were amazing both my wife and I came away feeling worlds better.

The only down side was that I was charged incorrectly for dinner, and picked up someone else s charge apparently. As we were in a hurry I did not question at checkout but afterwards by phone. They did refund it but we received no apology, also we did not receive the glass of Prosecco on arrival which was part of our package. Unfortunately those two points did have an impact and for the price we paid I am not sure we will be going back again.

Lovely hotel with great facilities

The hotel is immaculate and the spa facility is also immaculate, spa facilities are lovely, sauna and steam room really hot even at 8am in the morning. Restaurant and food was lovely, the staff and service is excellent

Great hotel, welcoming staff, wonderful restaurant and a relaxing spa - all in all, we had a wonderful stay and were delighted with the Greenway Hotel. We will be back.

Perfect stay

We arrived at the Greenway Hotel hoping for a great experience and we weren't disappointed. Location was lovely with a sweeping drive a manicured grounds it felt as if you were in a private residence.
Room (3) was large, well appointed and looked out over the beautiful grounds.
We ate in the restaurant the fist night. The food was well presented and very tasty, with very attentive staff.
I don't think I've had a nicer breakfast. Plenty of choice from the continental breakfast table and the Full English breakfast was so nicely presented and very tasty, Again the morning staff were the best I've come across. The greeted you with a smile and nothing was too much trouble for them.
This is a very nice hotel with attention to detail on both their food and staff.
