Classy Manor House Hotel
Set in beautiful Cotswold countryside, this hotel is perfect for a get away break. A welcoming reception on arrival; delicious cream tea; spacious rooms and a superb restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

An excellent stay.
My wife & I treated my mother as an eightieth birthday present & took her sister as well.
Both age groups were very impressed with everything from the rooms to the spa & service.
Very good value overall & we will return.
Great stay
The staff are their greatest asset, couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and the food was excellent. As we were using a telegraph subscriber offer the stay was more than value for money. Our dog stole the show and was allowed in the reception area for which she was very grateful and accepted all the cuddles she could get from staff & guests alike, she also enjoyed the walks in the surrounding countryside.
We were only there for 2 nights so are not able to comment on the local attractions although a brief run into Cheltenham proved it would definitely be worth a much longer explore.
If I were to nitpick - on arrival (a Sunday) there were crumbs strewn up the main staircase, for a "luxury" hotel that, in my opinion, is not acceptable, it would take 2 minutes for anyone to get a brush & dustpan! They were cleared away by housekeeping on Monday afternoon. No harm done, except a little dint in the image.
Comfortable luxury and pleasant people
We came on a luxury off-peak break and were treated to tasteful surroundings, a pleasant ambience, good facilities and helpful staff - even though they were short-staffed, due to illness, they were polite and unruffled. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner menu, though felt the quality of the cooking was a bit variable. The desserts and the cream tea were delicious.
Birthday surprise
Beautiful upmarket hotel, with staff and service to match. We would not normally stay in such places (normally b&b or self-catering) but took advantage of a special offer for a change. So nice having such freedom to come and go whenever and no cooking/washing up. We could not book a treatment as they were fully booked (a good sign) but have no doubt this would have matched the rest of the stay in quality. Only downside was food was not to my girlfriend's taste (delicate eater) but this was not their fault.
Restaurant
Excellent service and room. Disappointed that the restricted "daily menu" didn't change daily with virtually the same menu presented on both evenings. a pity we were not informed that the other menus were also available to us as we didn't eat on the second evening as we did not wish to have the same food two nights running...
