lovely hotel with superb staff ans stunning food.
our only concern was the leak from the room above which dripped all night on to the carpet next to our bed.

R&R at the Greenway Hotel

I have stayed at the Greenway Hotel several times & it s a favourite for special time with my daughter... we always feel as if it s home from home. There is a sense of calm, nothing is too much trouble, and the food always amazing.
We hope to back very soon

Not value for money

Only realised after i left that I was charged for prosecco and a service charge when it was part of my package. Service charges in the restaurant should be optional not added to you bill. I would rather tip the waitress who was excellent. We asked about using the pool to be advised it would be 25 each!!

A repeat visit!

As 4 friends we visit a spa hotel for a break every February - we visited The Greenway for 4 years until a couple of years ago it didn t live up to our previous experiences. We decided to return this year and it this time excelled our expectations! From the minute we arrived the service was exceptional - every member of staff impressed us and did so much to make our stay truly amazing. The spa has always been great (especially the hot tub) and staff setting up a gin station (with gin we bought with us!!) for us in one of our rooms was a special touch. The food and service in the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast was delicious - (There was one minor issue in the restaurant waiting for side orders to come but this absolutely can be overlooked - especially when the clementine souffl with milk chocolate icecream was so good!). All in all a fabulous weekend - we will be back next year (and maybe in between!). Thankyou!

Romantic Anniversary Weekend

Had a feature room with a four poster bed. Well worth the money. Food, Spa and service were excellent.
