Relaxing break

We had a lovely three night stay. The staff were very attentive and the hotel beautiful. Excellent food and comfortable room. We would stay again.

Relaxing birthday treat!

A lovely short break in quiet, luxurious surroundings. Our suite (Oak) was stunning with a very comfortable four poster bed, luxury bathroom and glorious country views from mullioned windows.
We enjoyed refreshing tea and biscuits in the beautiful, well-tended gardens, a glass of pre-dinner bubbly in the comfortable lounge and a delicious dinner. A bonus was that the weather was good enough to have our breakfast on the sunny terrace.

Couldn't fault this place

Loved every minute , we stayed on a 3 night dinner, b and b basis and had a lovely quiet room . The food was terrific as was the service in this hotel . Everything thought of including fans in the room because of the hot weather .
Yes the drinks are expensive because it's a luxury hotel , it's what you expect to pay but given the service and the ambience it's worth every penny .

Our golden wedding anniversary stay at Greenway Hotel and Spa

From checking in at reception all staff made our stay feel fantastic. Our room was very clean and the restaurant meals excellent. All staff very courteous and helpful with a special thank you to Tilly. Looking forward to our next visit.

Need to go extra mile to make up for Covid problems

A beautiful property with high end antique furniture and ornaments giving impression of country home. Restaurant staff all lovely.
Reception could have been more welcoming. No acknowledgement that we had to struggle upstairs with our bags. Presumably no help due to Covid but an acknowledgement would have been nice. Even with mask, one could tell member of staff was not smiling .
Room stunning but a couple of little things: paint around bath peeling and could not plug kettle in and have it on the sideboard at same time. An electrical extension/extra sockets would have been appreciated. No staff into rooms due to Covid.

Lovely Hotel .in beautiful garden and nice lounge and bar very clean and staff very efficient and friendly.
