Relaxing Break
Lovely hotel, spacious well prepared bedroom, brilliant shower. The Spa facilities were better than expected, with a decent pool, saunas and various treatments available. My girlfriend had a full body massage, which eased her knotted back and was really impressed by her masseuse. I had a hot stone massage on my back and legs, which was tremendously soothing.
The only downside was before the visit. I rang and left a message to try and pre book a treatment but no-one called back. I was concerned because this was a birthday treat for my girlfriend- however the Spa receptionist (thankfully) saved a couple of slots for hotel residents.
2 day & Evening stay

Hotel
Well was hoping for a luxury hotel and spa book a long time ago and when it got closer I trued for 2 months to try and book the spa which is why I book a hotel abs spa !! Left messages and nobody got back to me when I finally got someone to answer the phone they tell me it s all hook up so not impressed
Rooms wel need a lot of attention and we were stuck in the attic a lot of money for a two night stay in a tiny room that didn t get changed on a two night stay nothing got replenished and bed didn t even get made
The only best thing was the restaurant was the food was outstanding
Overall very disappointed
Birthday Break
We loved our stay, ambience, service, food, location & room absolutely perfect. We came for a peaceful & calming 2 days and it s exactly what we got! Thank you, highly recommended.
Lovely stay
We really enjoyed our couple of nights at The Greenway celebrating our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. The room was large and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was first class. The hotel is in a lovely rural setting and we had a great view from our room. The bed was enormous although just a little bit soft for us and the bathroom although a little tired in places was spacious, clean and equipped with bath and shower over.
All in all a great stay. Thank you especially to the staff who were so attentive and welcoming.
Anniversary break
We were given a voucher for a one night stay including dinner, spa and breakfast, we couldn t fault anything, the staff were very friendly and attentive. We stayed in the master room, very luxurious and a great view overlooking the beautiful gardens. Thoroughly spoilt and enjoyed everything about the day, definitely will go back again at some point.
Hotel review
Very comfortable hotel and lovely room. The room was cleaned when requested.
The food was delicious, however the menu didn't change very much in the week.
Also would have liked a small fridge in the room.
Very friendly staff. Relaxing Spa and very clean.
Lovely relaxing stay close to Cheltenham.
I recently visited here for two nights with my husband for his birthday. The room was lovely and In keeping with the house, comfy beds and clean. It is the first hotel we have been to that has encountered a service change added to our bill at the check out. Our meals were tiny, the menu was also the same for both nights stay and we were limited what to choose as there were only 5 mains, 3 of these were vegetarian. A few of the mains also had added supplement costs which I was not happy with as the portion sizes are tiny. Breakfast we had full English, again small and dry, no beans or tomatoes.
We got asked if we would like water with our meal which I thought would be free, no not at all at 4.50 charge. The spa was nice but we were only given 45 minutes, the jacuzzi outside needs a good clean and new jets as it was just like a tub of hot water, you could not feel the jets. We enjoyed our stay but for how much it cost it could of been better and we wouldn t go back.
