Charming retreat

Very spacious bedroom and bathroom for disabled. Quiet location.
Comfortable bed.
Minor negatives which if rectified would improve experience. Since bath is intended for disabled, there needs to be a pole to assist in getting out of the bath.
There is nowhere to put toiletries or toilet bags by the sink except on the floor.
Well supplied with hair products for washing but no bath or shower gel provided. It is advertised that shaving kits can be supplied on application to reception so surely bathing products should also be available to buy at least if guests have forgotten them or assumed they would be supplied.

Brilliant staff

The staff went out their way to be helpful and were more than happy to engage in conversation. Our room was excellent and the front terrace was lovely with great views. The leisure club was very good

Enjoyable stay.

A little run down in places. Bar area very tired, bar itself very expensive. It was a very nice one night midweek break and definitely value for money as our stay included and evening meal and a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival.

Nice hotel.windows in our room in very bad condition.meal on first night took over two and a half hours.
