The perfect relaxing getaway

The whole experience from the moment we entered the hotel, to the moment we left the hotel was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The spa was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our morning in the spa as part of our package and the food in the spa cafe was delicious. The highlight of our stay though has to be the incredible food that we had in the evenings. The food was beautifully presented, perfectly cooked and was tremendous value for money. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

20th Wedding Anniversary stay

Beautiful hotel & grounds, stayed as a couple for our anniversary, staff extremely polite and welcoming , the bar area is lovely with a comfy and quiet sitting area for pre or after dinner drinks. The master room was absolutely gorgeous with champagne left in there for us from our family, also complimentary chocolates from the hotel, and a card. We thought it so thoughtful.
Dinner was exceptional, the staff were fantastic made us feel so special, I was given a red rose!
Wonderful night sleep, breakfast was also exceptional.
The was no kettle to make tea so you have to use the coffee machine which left a bitter taste as using it for both. We had a prefect stay other than that.

Relaxing Twixmas break

A most wonderful relaxing time at the Greenway. Just what we needed after Christmas. The welcome was warm and the room recently refurbished was a delight. The restaurant ambience and food were a pleasure.
We look forward to staying with you again soon.

Gifted an overnight stay

I was given an overnight stay for my 60th Birthday
It was a delightful hotel in a lovely location.
Staff were warm friendly and helpful accommodation and spa spa was relaxing and comfortable.
Food excellent.
Couple minor problems with shower in room stiff and difficult to turn on.
Easily remedied with some wd40.

Our 3-night stay

Excellent hotel, we've been twice. We just have one concern - that the hotel could be more environmentally aware. There is some EV charging (cable through the window!) but having a dedicated charger would make a statement. Some of the windows need upgrading (double-glazing) and the outdoor hot tub should be covered when not in use (major energy loss). More vegan/vegetarian options would be great (though the food is excellent).

4 day stay in lovely area

Stay was slighly spoilt by large refurbishment /building work & us being relocated in distant Lodge.
