The staff were excellent and always available however the room we stayed in was nice but we had to go up 4 different stair cases the laundry was excellent however the toilet roll was on the bath or the floor and no tissue in the room.

A wet few days made tolerable by the hotel we stayed in.

The room and the food were excellent. The menu was made for us to enjoy rather than feel over fed and bloated afterwards. The variation in food options worked really well because of the different flavours used by the chef. Never quite what we expected, but always very tasty and well prepared. I'd kill to know how to prepare his beetroot dish!

The pool was small, and too shallow for me, but that's just being picky, we could have gone to Center Parks, but I'm very glad we didn't! Small problem left unresolved was the bathroom radiator which no amount of bleeding solved. Very fairly and politely dealt with by the staff including a very reasonable discount to reflect this fault. All in all, a very memorable stay and we hope one day to return, when hopefully the sun is shining and we can enjoy ourselves without boots & umbrella!

Nice break

Booked a master room which tuned out to overlook the hot tub so quite noisy. The room had not been checked before we arrived the lights did not work. When reported was told could not be fixed while we occupied the room. No solution offered.
Despite booking a spa treatment and time slot in the pool, there were no loungers free for us so could not get full use of the facilities.
Restaurant staff very hard working and efficient.
We enjoyed the break but would probably not stay there again.

Celebrated our Golden Wedding here and had a fabulous relaxing spa day and wonderful food. Love d
