Relaxing Cotswold Hotel

DS, Hampshire, stayed: November 2021

A very welcoming and friendly hotel. We enjoyed a lovely relaxing break and had a lovely room. The breakfasts were first class although we found the evening menu not to our taste with additional supplements on quite a few choices. Would have preferred a more standard menu eg steak. Lovely grounds to walk around. Overall a lovely quiet and peaceful place to relax in.

Fabulous

JA, stayed: November 2021

I booked the Greenway for my partner's birthday, it exceeded my expectations. We stayed in the Copper Beech suite, which was excellent. The room was above the spa which was very convenient, and the views over the countryside were lovely. We had dinner in the restaurant, the food was outstanding. My only tiny criticism would be the spa robes could be a bit bigger!

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff and amazing food

We stayed with friends for just one night and had a fantastic time. Staff were welcoming and the rooms very comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing and we would definitely recommend.

Excellent break

Matt W, Caerleon, stayed: December 2021

My wife and I had a lovely break here.
It was fairly cold weather but the hotel was lovely and warm.
The restaurant was excellent both in the evening and breakfasts were perfectly cooked. There were a couple of good options for vegetarians.
The room was very nice and extremely clean.
The hotel grounds were lovely and we managed to walk up on to the Cotswold Way and around to the Devil's Chimney rock formation above Cheltenham and back to the hotel.
All in all a very good minibreak.

Amazing find!

Juliet, Merseyside, stayed: December 2021

My husband and I stayed overnight at Greenways Hotel as it was en-route to Dorset, where we were holidaying. It was an amazing find! We booked the ultimate luxury package, which was great value. The staff are amazing, the hotel is so lovely and the spa is amazing. We couldn't fault it at all. Thank you

A nice place to go but not of the quality of other Eden hotels we visited

RE, London, stayed: December 2021

We found the staff quite offhand by and large and were concerned that the service staff in the restaurants did not wear masks except for a few. There was difficulty with the plumbing in our original room and the hotel did deal with this very well by upgrading us the second night to a beautiful suite. The old part of the hotel needs redecoration, cracks in the wall and general upkeep not of the standard we would expect of this price of hotel. The Spa was lovely but the pool quite small compared to other spa pools we have visited. The food was fine but no where near as good a Mallory Court as sister hotel. We found most of the staff quite off hand although not rude. Perhaps they are overworked and understaffed.

Pedicure and Car Park

Katherine, Monmouthshire, stayed: January 2022

I paid 35 for a half an hour pedicure, the polish was already starting to come off the following day. Very disappointed, worst pedicure I ve ever had and not worth the extortionate price.

Unfortunately my car was damaged whilst parked at the front of the hotel, I would have expected CCTV to have been installed, sadly it isn t.
