Perfect anniversary treat

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and had a lovely time. The staff are very polite and the ambience relaxing. We will definitely be staying again.

Gorgeous place, spa has good facilities

The only drawback I found was not being allowed to use the spa on day of departure, when we had been told on the phone it would be fine. Just a pointer... Get it in writing! Spa reception staff were unwilling to even consider it.
Still, nice spa, nice outdoor hot tub, and hotel otherwise very good!

Lovely place.

Apart from a TV which refused to pick up the majority of the Freeview channels and bedroom curtains that weren t perfectly hung, what a little gem! Lovely food, very good spa and friendly staff coupled with a nice rural location made for a great overnight will be back!

4 night mid week break

We enjoyed our stay at Greenway and were able to use the Spa facilities whilst having a relaxing time and also visit some of the local area. The staff are friendly and attentive. The menu in the restaurant was the same every night during our stay so choice became limited and some of the dishes try to be gourmet and over fussy without quite being right.

A very attractive building in an amazing location near to Cheltenham and Gloucester. Room was good, spa was excellent, but the restaurant was disappointing.

Lovely hotel, spa, grounds and food.

Hotel, food, room, spa and grounds were all very lovely and perfect for 2 night break.

We had a few strange additions to our bill which soured the experience including restaurant service charge without warning and way above the 10% value of the pre-booked dinners, additional charges for food which weren't advised in advance, a random charge for 1 which staff could not explain. The room also had no shower which is strange for a hotel in this day and age.

Luxury Break Gift

We stayed at Greenway as we were given the gift of a luxury break by our family as we renewed our wedding vows in July 2018. We had a thoroughly wonderful time and would certianly stay there again and will recommend to everyone.
