Beautiful hotel... Small hitch

The room was gorgeous, hotel and spa wonderful... Unfortunately there was a problem with the water on the morning we were leaving, so we were compensated.. I'd have liked to have known about the problem with us having no water before trying to turn on taps etc Maybe a note or call with alternative arrangements would have been more helpful. However if this was a one off... I would highly recommend the hotel.

Greenway Hotel

customer service would have been excellent as well but for an hour delay to our restaurant booking.
A large corporate party was booked in at the same time and a few diners were 'forgotten'. The staff were very apologetic and did treat us to a nightcap so not all bad.

Great place for a girly break

This is the second time we have stayed here on what was a really good offer, and one of the girls has taken her husband there too. The spa is a really high standard and has great facilities especially the outdoor hot tub - dinner in the restaurant wasn't as good as last time (apart from pudding which was amazing!) and breakfast was lovely too. The rooms were great - luxurious and spacious although the shower pressure wasn't great. Overall another wonderful night away at the Greenway and we will definitely be going again next year!

Perfect break

From the warm welcome on arrival, the well equipped room, the wonderful spa and fantastic food there was nothing to want for. A great way to relax and unwind.

Another Outstanding Stay at The Greenway Hotel and Spa

This is our second visit to the beautiful hotel and we will certainly be returning. The staff are welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The spa is kept beautifully clean and is peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant is lovely with attentive staff, the food is good however as a vegetarian I did find that there was only one option in the evening and that was vegetables, but breakfast and lunch are fantastic.

5* Stay with excellent food

Highly recommend staying here, it felt like your own private country house for the night. Super friendly staff, lovely spacious rooms, top dining experience in the restaurant and we even managed a couple of hours in the spa the next day. Breakfast served in our room was perfect as well. Looking to come back with the girls to do a spa day. really enjoyed the outdoor hot tup and little bar in the spa. Thanks very much.

Excellent hotel & brilliant service

From the moment our party stepped into the hotel we were treated as honoured guests - nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were as pleasant and obliging as possible.
