Wonderful stay

Lovely hotel & the staff were all very attentive. I d definitely stay there again. I love that it s dog friendly. My room was a great size & everything was spotless. The food was excellent as had the roast. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

We were staying in one of the executive rooms which was spacious and well equipped with a coffee machine, tea, milk etc. nice added touch of having parking outside the room too.
Unfortunately the room is very dated and in need of some maintenance. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, towel rail coming away from the wall and a lick of paint would make the room feel better kept.

The restaurant was a big disappointment, we had a 2 course dinner with our booking and the menu choice was disappointing. The food was bland and not very appealing. The gravy on my husband's roast dinner was so hot it burnt his mouth!
The service was very poor. Unfortunately the staff were unfriendly and looked like they didn't want to be there! and when we asked for the bill we waited for 20 minutes, when no-one came back to our table we asked another server if she could help, she rolled her eyes and walked off!

Great value for money

Lovely stay at Charlecote pheasant. Room was really nicely decorated. Food was nice although set menu was slightly limited to 3 choices. We visited charlecote park and it s close to drive to Stratford upon Avon. Uber in was 12-16 pounds either way.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Value for money was really good for a stay and food
