New Year's Celebration

From booking into the hotel to leaving we were very happy with everything. The New Year's Eve celebrations were very well organized and it is my belief that everyone attending enjoyed themselves. There was plenty of food and bubbly throughout the evening. We stayed an extra night and both breakfast and the evening food in the restaurant was very good. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating - Emily on Reception; the young lady who served the nibbles on new year's eve, Head of House Keeping who brought us extra provisions when requested and a special mention for Mark who was superb, always very polite and attentive - thank you.

A lovely weekend away!

We had a lovely weekend staying at the Charlecote Pheasant and it's the perfect location for a visit to Stratford. There's so much around there to enjoy and the hotel is delightful - Our rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the staff are very friendly

A good find!

Lovely hotel. Rooms clean and tidy with all necessary extras. Very quiet. Bar staff very friendly. Lots of choice on menu. Service good. Lovely surroundings in the bar.

A little disappointing

The pictures of the Clarion are actually pretty misleading online and off peak luxury it isn t! It is clearly modelled on a Travelodge but without the friendly welcome or bigger beds. We were met by a very unfriendly young girl and I had a disappointing first view of our bedroom as a large steel framed bunk bed sticks out into the centre of the room and a double bed faces it. The radiator was stuck on full blast and when my husband tried to turn it off the top came off in his hand. Maintenance repaired it quickly, but as this was intended as a treat for my husband s 70th it is disappointing. The.inclusive dinner and breakfasts were good and the dining room staff delightful.it was definitely value for money, just needs more honest photos and trained reception staff.

Good to average hotel with a superb staff

The room and restaurant was what one would expect in a hotel at this price but the pleasant helpfulness of the staff made it a very pleasant place to stay.

Summer break

.This was our third time staying at Clarion hotel Charlecote. Each time was made welcoming and relaxing.No complaints at all.
