Very good hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and being the 2 hotest days of the year.The only problem was the room had no air conditioning although there was a unit in the ceiling. Went to Reception to ask if it was working. Chloe the receptionist was very good and explained the reason why and offered a fan which was good and solved the problem. The restaurant staff of Aisling and Sharay were very helpful and polite. I would recommend the hotel and will use again.

Ideal location

Chose to stay as the hotel was ideally located for an event the following day at the British Motor Museum. All staff very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our evening meal but some of the items on the 'hot' section of the breakfast buffet definitely weren't hot! Would stay again if in the area.

Lovely play to stay

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was, the room was spacious and well presented. Food was brilliant and the bar and atmosphere was friendly and fun. Will definitely stay here again

Birthday Boy.

For two very busy people a night away in a lovely hotel with total peace amidst wonderful countryside
was the perfect setting for a birthday celebration. The hotel was quiet, set in a picturesque area of Warwickshire and close to the National Trust property in Charlecote. We were also incredibly lucky to have two days of sunshine ....it was just like a summer's day when we visited Charlecote Park (using our Nat.Trust membership).
Our room was spacious, very well equipped and the extra large bed was extremely comfortable. The staff in the restaurant were helpful and pleasant.
I am sure we will be returning!

New Year's Celebration

From booking into the hotel to leaving we were very happy with everything. The New Year's Eve celebrations were very well organized and it is my belief that everyone attending enjoyed themselves. There was plenty of food and bubbly throughout the evening. We stayed an extra night and both breakfast and the evening food in the restaurant was very good. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating - Emily on Reception; the young lady who served the nibbles on new year's eve, Head of House Keeping who brought us extra provisions when requested and a special mention for Mark who was superb, always very polite and attentive - thank you.

A lovely weekend away!

We had a lovely weekend staying at the Charlecote Pheasant and it's the perfect location for a visit to Stratford. There's so much around there to enjoy and the hotel is delightful - Our rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the staff are very friendly
