Good to average hotel with a superb staff

The room and restaurant was what one would expect in a hotel at this price but the pleasant helpfulness of the staff made it a very pleasant place to stay.

.This was our third time staying at Clarion hotel Charlecote. Each time was made welcoming and relaxing.No complaints at all.

The breakfast were excellent but very poor selection of menu for Sunday evening dining

Very pleasant location and a very warm welcome. Room was excellent and you could not fault anything. Dinner and breakfast were both enjoyable. Definitely go again.

Slightly disappointed

Shower only warm, toilet difficult to flush, coffee machine didn't work, no handles on wardrobe doors. Found one in the bottom of the wardrobe and managed to attach. Still enjoyed our stay.
