Nice for a short stay

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was paid with a voucher that included dinner on one evening. What we were not told until we sat at our table was that we had a very restricted choice of menu. Only about 4 items for each course and no vegetarian starter available.
Breakfast on one morning was supposed to be cooked to order as they were quiet so not using the buffet, however, the scrambled egg was not fresh it was over done,very dry and stuck to the plate.
Other than that, dinner and breakfast the other morning were good.
We stayed in January and it was a cold snap, but the bedroom and public areas were nice and warm.
Bus stop outside really great, one an hour. However, bus back cancelled , so we got a taxi, just under 20.

Lovely stay

Stayed two nights and had a great time. Staff so helpful and Maurizio was fantastic.

Okay hotel

Staff were lovely. Foyer is beautiful. Room needs maintenance, bathroom has damaged tiles, missing grouting, mould. Room is dated Not a luxury stay but okay if visiting places nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Charlecote Pheasant. It was a peaceful, relaxing experience. Every member of staff we encountered or spoke to was exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming - it really stood out and seemed like they genuinely cared about their guests. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was amazing and the location/setting perfect to escape from it all.

Pleasant stay in great location

Enjoyed a 2 night stay here. Room was clean with comfy bed. Bathroom had both shower & bath which was a bonus. Lovely and quiet for a peaceful night's sleep. One gripe is there was only one biscuit on the tea tray! Dined in the restaurant and impressed with the prompt service despite a large coach party also staying. Food was ample with good vegetarian options. Breakfast not so good due to large coach party therefore queues at peak time. The price of drinks in the bar seemed very expensive, thankfully we were on a package deal which helped with overall cost. Great location opposite Charlecote Park and bus stop close by so took the bus into Stratford on Avon. In summary we enjoyed our short stay here.
