Delightful stay
Beautiful setting in gorgeous Chipping Camden. The hotel is lovely and worthy of its 4 stars. Very comfortable room. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We dined both evenings and the food was plentiful and excellent. Very good on-site coffee bar with delicious cakes. We took our very old dog with us and she was made very welcome too. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Birthday Weekend
Our weekend was a present from our children for our 70th birthdays and we were so glad they chose the Noel Arms. The hotel was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was on the ground floor which was ideal for hubby and the food in the restaurant was delicious especially the goat's cheese ravioli! Only gave the room as Good because the bathroom was a little tired but otherwise the room was fine.
Thank you to everyone involved - from the lady at the call centre to the all the staff in the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Noel Arms and are planning a return visit.

Nothing Wanting
My wife and I stayed 4 nights in the Noel Arms Hotel, a break from home routine and did not really know what to expect! The hotel is centrally located in Chipping Campden and has its own car park. We were welcomed and booked in to our double room, which was clean and fresh, albeit within an environment of some age and was comfortable in all respects. The restaurant has a nice ambience and the food excellent - both breakfast and dinner. There is a pub attached to the hotel, also a coffee bar, so no concerns about service or personal comfort. Really, a very satisfactory visit and we thoroughly endorse the hotel and thank all the staff for their welcome, friendliness and care during our visit.
A very friendly hotel
Super friendly staff and lively food. Unfortunately there was insufficient soundproofing between rooms. Whilst we appreciate it s a very old building, the creaking floors and noisy plumbing led to disturbed nights.
We ll be back!
Not only was this stay excellent value for money, but the staff couldn t have been more helpful and genuinely welcoming. We took our dog with us and she was accommodated well - in fact, spoilt rotten at breakfast by the staff! . My only niggle was that they did not have a dog bed big enough for her (I did ring in advance to ask about this), so we had to purchase something for her to sleep on, but in the grand scheme of things it was a trivial oversight.
The food was excellent and really good value for money - having a coffee shop in the hotel was inspired and the fact that there were defined areas where you could relax in front of a fire, or sit formally in the restaurant if you so chose, meant you weren t confined to your room.
In terms of location, once again excellent - there is so much to do and see within half an hour of the hotel.
I organised this stay as a birthday surprise for my husband and he thoroughly enjoyed it: in fact, we enjoyed this so much that we are planning to return for a week in the summer.
A great find in.
Cotswolds Delight
Good value breaks in a nice hotel in Chipping Campden. Restaurant and menu choice good and varied although slightly Asian orientated. Staff friendly and helpful and the voucher for the lovely coffee shop really appreciated. Has a lot of quirky features and can be a bit of a trek to ones room but would stay again. This was our second break here and the Xmas/ New Year breaks look good too.
Chipping Campden is a nice village and near all the other places one visits when in the Cotswolds.
