Perfect short break hotel
Lovely short stay here. Rooms were very comfortable and staff excellent. Great central location with parking.
Really surprised at the standard given such a great price.
Would recommend and we will definitely return
MUSIC/TOILET ROLLS!!
The music played in restaurant and conservatory was too loud at breakfast and evening meal.
Only 2ply toilet paper in room, 3 ply would have been much better.
Coffee, tea and biscuits replenished daily was a nice touch.
Pillows very hard and uncomfortable, bed extremely comfortable.
Shower screen leaked, left note for cleaners.
Lovely weekend
Most enjoyable weekend, lots of choice in coffee shop, open fire, great restaurant and a nice bar to relax in the evening.

Noel Arms Chipping Campden
Overall our short break at the Noel Arms was a pleasant experience. Thr restaurant and coffee shop served delicious food and drinks. The room was clean and comfortable but we felt it could do with some updating. Possibly a coat of paint and some new furniture would be all that is required so that the standard of the rooms match the rest of this delightful hotel
1 Night
Great stay at this hotel. Restaurant food was lovely.
Excellent stay at the Noel Arms
Our 2 night stay with our dog was as anticipated, with friendly staff, good food and a pleasant room which was warm and catered for all our needs.
Will definately consider staying here again when visiting this part of the Cotswolds in the future.
Birthday treat
This is our third stay at Noel Arms, sadly it will be our last.
Food in the restaurant- had to return starter as it was absolutely tasteless. The main and desert were edible. At breakfast waited to be seated, understaffed , the lady serving in the restaurant was also serving in the coffee shop.
Poor buffet selection, failed to eat the sausage on the full English, both of us detected an unpleasant tang to it.
Apparently some rooms were closed off for refurbishment so we were allocated room 11 which was up some difficult stairs, not good for my husband as he has painful knees.
With some improvements it could be a pleasant stay.
