A homely hotel

The hotel itself is attractive The staff are very helpful and deal with any requests in a friendly way. There's a really nice I would say rustic ambience which is what attracted me to the hotel. The bedrooms are more contemporary & comfortable. A minor thing - Our room could have benefitted from a bathroom shelf for cosmetics/washing stuff. Also perhaps some hooks for extra outdoor coats/jackets. Breakfast was great. Slight issue with the evening meal being the same menu on the 3 nights we were there. The food though was cooked very nicely. Location is great for visiting the many lovely villages and cities. I would return to Widbrook Grange

Widbrook delight

We decided to stay at Widbrook by their delightful website. We were not disappointed. A slightly quirky place but still a lovely friendly atmosphere throughout. The room was superb with a stand alone roll top bath. The evening meal was excellent and a good choice was to be had from the menu. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone in the vicinity- you will not be disappointed. We will return!!

this is such a fantastic place and punches well above it's star rating. wonderful staff. incredible chef. quirky, characterful rooms and a lovely swimming pool. i could not have loved it more.

Old world charm with modern facilities

A beautiful old grange that has been sympathetically updated with well appointed rooms. We found it ideal for a three night stay with our dog. The elven meter indoor pool was lovely and great to work up an appetite before dinner. The menu was fairly limited and might be a bit Samey for longer stays. The food was excellent and beautifully presented

No review title

A lovely hotel which was excellent overall but with just one complaint - the dining room was very cold! Admittedly we stayed during January and it was icy cold outside but some extra heat would have been welcome to be able to enjoy a meal without shivering. A shame as the other rooms were very cosy with open fires, although not all were lit during our stay. Everything else about the hotel and our stay was wonderful.

Wonderful stay at the Widbrook Grange Hotel

Spent two days with another couple and it was such a wonderful stay. We could leave the car in the car park and walk along the Avon and Kennet canal to Bradford on Avon - it was superb! The grounds of this hotel are spectacular and a comfortable night s sleep in a huge bed. Quiet and peaceful and we will definitely be returning - a fantastic couple of days.

Short break

Fantastic stay once again will return great place to stay for short break.
Simply have nothing bad to say we'll done the Grange.
