Lovely hotel right in centre of Tetbury

We had a voucher for one night with dinner from a relative and we decided to stay an extra night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really liked the sitting out area at front of hotel (though traffic was a bit noisy). Hotel room was lovely with a nice sitting area where we could read a book and not disturb anyone in bed. The bed was comfortable too. Food was great. Location was great - right in the centre of the town. Good restaurants nearby too.

Excellent Hotel

Our stay at this hotel could not be faulted. When we came to check in there was no one at the desk, but a member of staff who was on her day off but having drinks in the hotel (this says a lot, wanting to socialise at your work place) quickly stepped in and checked us in. The rooms were lovely, the food delicious, the atmosphere in the bar fantastic, the staff amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and all the staff were super friendly.

Great staff & superb food

Smashing little stay here. The staff are absolutely brilliant & a credit to the place. We were also blown away bycthe food! Superb to say the least. Rooms need a little tlc but they served us well and the bed was nice & comfy

Had A Great Stay At The Snooty Fox Hotel

We certainly recommend the Snooty Fox Hotel. The welcome was great, food great, staff great, location great. We had a large bedroom and good sized en-suite bathroom with everything we needed for our 2 night break. The accommodation and en-suite could do with an update but that didn t detract from our enjoyment. We had a good deal through Cotswold Hotel Breaks. Thank you.

The Snooty Fox

The staff, location and restaurant were very good but because we booked through Luxury Country Breaks we were clearly given the budget rooms 1 and 2 as opposed to the obviously far superior rooms n the rest of the venue.
The fact that the venue has no car park of its own is not a real issue as there is free, long term, parking within easy walking distance
I would definitely recommend the venue but would book direct if I returned to avoid the budget rooms overlooking the bin storage.

Fabulous stay

Booked a 3 night package for our ruby wedding anniversary. Lovely place to stay. All staff very friendly and welcoming and small problem with room (through no fault of hotel) resolved very quickly and willingly. The menu is varied and also the chef was happy to adapt to personal taste and overall the food was fantastic. Would return happily, in fact have booked a night on returning through the area.

Gift voucher stay

Never been to Tetbury before would recommend it and the hotel, the Cotswold experience is well worth doing.. I will be doing it again.
