Lovely Hotel in a prime location

Welcoming and friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Food was very good.

Really enjoyable stay

From the welcome at reception on arrival to checking out on departure all the staff we encountered were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and tidy, comfortable, if maybe a little dark without the lights on.
We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Theatre Away Break

We stayed at the Arden in July between two plays at the RSC. I nearly didn't go as I have a broken ankle. But I phoned the hotel the day before and changed our room there and then to a more accessible one, and told me about the chair lift down to the Restaurant. They also have ramps and well-located disabled toilets. When we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything worked well. This is a lovely hotel, but this time their friendly help was exceptional. Thank you Arden.

We had a lovely weekend with the family at The Arden Hotel . The staff just couldn t do enough for us . The rooms were beautiful and absolutely spotlessly clean . The food was excellent. I couldn t recommend this hotel highly enough . Thank you to everyone at the Hotel for making our weekend so special

A lovely hotel. A very relaxing and pleasant stay. Convenient for the theatre.

A great hotel in a fantastic location.

My husband and I were greeted by friendly efficient staff at Reception and shown to our very pleasant room. We enjoyed a good meal in the restaurant on the first evening, which was included in our deal. The breakfast was excellent with a limited buffet and a range of hot choices from the menu. Over the three mornings we enjoyed the full English breakfast, Eggs Royale and smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast - all delicous and really set us up for the day.

The hotel is in a great location and is a beautiful building full of character. The staff could not have been more helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

We had a lovely stay at the Arden. Right from the minute we walked in we felt welcomed. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well with everything you have wanted. It was my birthday treat and you know what I think we will look to come back without there being a special occasion but jus to feel special, eat great food and be looked after in comfort in a great location both for theatre and country walks.
