Silver Wedding Anniversary Celebration.
This Hotel was fabulous. I would definitely want to return. The young man on reception was very welcoming. He had noticed from my booking that we were celebrating a special occasion there, which I liked. Our opulent suite was beautiful, with wonderful views. The restaurant was well distanced and the staff were wearing masks, so it felt very safe. The food was excellent, but quite a limited choice. If we had stayed longer than 3 nights I would have liked an alternative menu - maybe Italian style pizza/pasta. There are a couple of outside terraces where you can enjoy a good chilled wine. After our meal we went round to the bar area, which has a lovely ambience and is beautifully decorated.
My only slight setback would be that it is not quite comfortable walking distance in and out of Tewkesbury and also it is too dark in the grounds for an an evening walk. However, it is really well placed to explore The Cotswolds. It is one of those very rare hotels where you get home and feel you could go straight back there!! I definitely want to visit again - thank-you to all the Staff for a wonderful mini-break!

Amazing holiday
We spend very lovely romantic getaway holidays here. Beautiful place and good service.
Dinner is Recommended
The highlight of our one-night stay in Tewkesbury Park was the dinner. A 3-course meal was included in the package and exceptionally all three courses for both of us were outstanding. My compliments to the kitchen staff.

Relaxing trip ...but
Hotel is great and with the on-site golf course, spa and swimming pool/jacuzzi, it provides all of the facilities to ensure you have a great break. The only negative was the service in the restaurant in the evening. Breakfast service was slower than usual but that is due to the staff having to bring you everything rather than the usual buffet style, which we fully understand, although it would have helped if they had explained the process on our first visit. However, the evening restaurant is just normal service so no reason for having to wait 20 minutes to be asked for our order, or the further 25 minutes it took the bar to deliver our drinks. To top it off, we had the staff and restaurant manager disappearing to the kitchen for an unusually long time, leaving the diners alone? Decided to eat in town for the rest of the break. Shame, because otherwise we would have rated this hotel very highly.
Short break
Nice friendly place. Good location and will stay there again but in the much more expensive bedrooms in the main block.
Food was fine and nice looking golf course which would be a reason to return.
