Wonderful stay

I stayed with 3 friends and had a wonderful time. The hotel is in a beautiful location, staff were so welcoming. Our rooms surpassed our expectations with lovely patio. Evening meal was great. 5 stars!

Perfect break

The location with stunning view and excellent access to walks along the river, easy access to numerous attractions was just what we needed. The room was well appointed,comfortable and the access to our own outside space was a bonus. The indoor pool and a joining sauna and hot pool made for a perfect start to the day. A special mention for the breakfast the staff were brilliant very friendly. The choice was as you would expect of a high class establishment with the added extra of home made cereal and jams.

Birthday weekend

We ve just got back from a wonderful visit to this hotel.
Everything was perfect, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel decor inside was amazing. The food was outstanding. We even had the weather.
We will definitely recommend and we will come back with our golf clubs

Disappointing

We expected more as the cost was quite high. Getting into our room was difficult as the doorway was obstructed with a wardrobe being stationed too closely inhibiting opening the door. The spa was in a different building to the hotel not what you expect in a luxury setting. Not value for money.

A wonderful spot with great facilities provided us with a fantastic stay at Tewkesbury Park

We really enjoyed our recent stay here. Friendly and attentive staff with brilliant leisure facilities, wonderful room and all round great experience. We will definitely return and recommend to others !

Wonderful stay

Lovely hotel, staff were very attentive, room was lovely and spacious specifically loved having a terrace. The spa area is small but nice and only one criticism here is there is no hydration station so I had to get dressed to go for a bottle of water. The breakfast was great with an excellent choice. The evening meals were great, extremely tasty.

Beautiful Hotel

Thank-you for an enjoyable stay at your Hotel recently.
This was our second stay at the Hotel and it has a lovely lounge/bar area.
Our room was immaculate when we arrived. The view was glorious.
We were disappointed that we only had 2 teabags in the top of the range room.
The fridge looked a bit sad, with no mini bar, even though we don't usually use them.

However, the downside for us was that we felt the Staff at the Hotel did not seem happy. There was no friendly greetings when we came to the restaurant and they appeared stressed, even when it wasn't that busy. No effort to make a little small talk.
Again on the bar the staff were quite miserable and didn't engage in any small talk as you waited for your drinks and it felt quite awkward.
Although the hotel ambience is lovely it is spoilt by the lack of personality shown by the staff and we probably won't return again for that reason.

We had a very enjoyable 2 day stay. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and breakfasts very good. We enjoyed a couple of hours in the spa, although it was very busy.
