Lovely weekend break

We had booked an overnight stay with 3 course dinner, a bottle of prosecco and breakfast included. The hotel has a picturesque setting at the top of a hill with a golf course all around. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was well appointed with lots of nicely thought through decor. The spa was great and had quality toiletries in the changing rooms. Several nice lounges to have a drink to relax before dinner. The dinner itself was very good with excellent service. Breakfast the next morning was also very good. Plenty of nice walks nearby. Very happy with our stay and would be very happy to return!

Lovely stay

We stayed for 1 night at Tewkesbury Park.
Great food, lovely room and relaxing spa facilities. And set in beautiful surroundings. Thoroughly recommend.

Not the trip we planned

It was a bit of a gamble on the weather to visit in February and we lost. It was not fit to play golf . Frozen solid and freezing fog. But we thoroughly enjoyed our trip, walking round the perimeter, swimming and visiting Gloucester cathedral , Tewkesbury Abbey and Slimbridge wetland. The food and the hotel were faultless and had much to be recommended . The staff were very good, helpful and attentive. Will definitely revisit.

2 night spa break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tewkesbury Park and had a lovely relaxing spa break. The staff were generally very helpful and the facilities were all good quality. The bar and restaurant were great, the only thing we were disappointed with was the lack of light lunch options, maybe a small sandwich/salad selection would be good. The spa and health club were lovely apart from the hot tub not being warm enough!

We would definitely recommend to friends. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Lovely stay

We had a lovey one night stay. The room was great , lovely comfy bed and the toiletries were and added bonus.The meal in the restaurant was well presented and delicious. The only minus was being woken up at 3 pm by fire alarm, no one s fault just inconvenient.

Gorgeous hotel- but not a spa

We recently stayed at Tewkesbury park, it was advertised to us as a spa weekend. We were very disappointed with the spa . It is just a hotel swimming pool with hot tub and sauna, not a actual spa. The treatment rooms are in a separate building and just among the other hotel rooms. However when we then went into the main hotel reception and checked in, it was lovely. The hotel bare and reception are modern and cosy, gorgeous. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was stunning, we had a suite as part of a package and I would definitely recommend. The restaurant was equally as lovely. Exceptional food and choice! Looked beautiful lit up in the evening and we didn t feel out of placed dressed up. I would definitely recommend the hotel, however they shouldn t advertise it as a spa; but swimming pool at most

Special birthday stay

We brought my mum as an 80th birthday present to give her a well earned rest. My sister had also celebrated her 50th birthday this year so was lovely to spend time together. The hotel staff were so helpful from booking through to departure.
The rooms were beautiful- spacious and clean.
We dined in the restaurant first night which was lovely and we had time to enjoy the lounge and bar area.
Unfortunately we didn t get time to use the spa and pool.
