Spoilt by the detail

Delightful setting and friendly welcome. Our room was firstclass.
when we went to the restuarant they didnt have a single drink with zero sugar! For a diabetic this meant water!
When ordering a meal a request was made by the diabetic to change the mash potatoe for a plain potatoe to be told she would need to place a side order. Fortunately another member of staff overheard the problem and sorted it with the chef.

Great views

Beautiful suite overlooking the golf course. Easy walk into Tewkesbury centre. Loved the golf course with spectacular views.

Birthday Celebration

Disappointed that rooms on 3 floors but no lift. At 80 yrs carrying 2 cases up 3 flights is no joke but the view was worth it when in our room. Very limited car parking near accommodation block. Did not use pool or spa as too crowded. Comfort of beds - excellent. Only 6 coat hangers for 2 guests - well below minimum standards and wardrobe storage space limited.. Overall an enjoyable break.

Pleasant ambience, stunning location, relaxing property. If there was anything that need an improvement is the options for Vegetarians. It was conveyed that Veg food was needed for which they confirmed but didn't translate into food that was served

A beautiful hotel in a glorious setting. The room was wonderful and the service from the staff was exceptional. Would have no hesitation returning to this excellent establishment.

We had a lovely break our second time in 6 months. The staff, room and restaurant were perfect and good value for money and hopefully return later in the year..
