In general very good, Breakfast was disappointing
Overnighters
Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Dinner was lovely and we were looking forward to breakfast but unfortunately were disappointed with cooked breakfast. The buffet option was ok.

Cotswold hotel voucher
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were given a Cotswold hotel voucher which I found frustrating to book. All the other times I booked through your reception obviously without a voucher. I only asked for a room not on the high street but on the side street or overlooking the garden. This seemed to make a big problem with the lady who took the booking. As I don t know the hotel it is not too straight forward was her remark. So after which seemed ages and contacting your hotel we were booked in but it is so much easier to book direct with you.

It was necessary to contact the hotel to find out which of their rooms were on the side street, as this was essential to your stay. I can see the reservationist contacted the hotel and followed up with them after the booking was made to make sure all was in order.
