Fantastic Manor House

MM, Shropshire, stayed: March 2025

Beautiful setting, lovely location and great food.
The hotel is undergoing extensive refurbishment and crawling with tradesmen but still very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Charingworth Manor. Staff went out of their way to make us feel special- particularly Jenny who went above and beyond. The food was lovely, atmosphere warm and luxurious.

Lovely views

Chantal, stayed: March 2025

My husband and I enjoyed a very relaxing and comfortable night's stay with a pre-meal glass of bubbly followed by a delicious meal. Breakfast was very generous as well. I thoroughly enjoyed an early morning swim in the lovely pool. There was some refurbishment going on but we weren't disturbed by it at all.

Charming hotel

Anon, stayed: February 2025

We stayed here for a one night package on a Sunday night. The hotel is lovely and comfortable with a real country feel. The staff were polite and helpful. The views of the surrounding countryside were beautiful. The pool was a little on the chilly side, but good for a refreshing dip!

A Night in the Cotswolds

John E, Northamptonshire, stayed: February 2025

We enjoyed a very pleasant short break here. We made use of of the pool in the afternoon soon after arriving. Although the water was a little chilly, we appreciated being the only residents using it at that time and being able to access the pool without going out of the building on a cold day. Our room was comfortable and the ambience of the hotel very relaxing. During a leisurely breakfast we were able to enjoy reading our books and watching birds at a feeding station outside the window.
After heading home we realised that we had inadvertently left behind our swimming costumes, but did not mention it. We were very grateful to the kind member of staff who posted our clothing on to us. As all the staff we dealt with were both friendly and helpful we may well stay there again.
