The hotel is in a lovely part of the country and in beautiful grounds. Staff were great and very helpful . Rooms were a bit tired.but perfectly ok and the main building, restaurant and swimming pool were great.

One of many stays

We have always enjoyed our stays at Charingworth Manor. It's not too far from home and there are interesting things to do and visit nearby.
Usually the food is excellent but this time we were quite disappointed, with the food choices and presentation. Bones in the rabbit gnocchi is a big no no and the hot smoked salmon salad with asparagus was messy and unappealing. The aforementioned asparagus was drowned in wet salad.
It will not stop us returning for another stay, however.

A Lovely Hotel

A lovely hotel set in a spectacular valley. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was fabulous. Can t wait to go back.
