Comfortable hotel with excellent customer service

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights in the Burnside hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable with a huge bed and two chairs. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and we had delicious meals both nights and a great breakfast. We had booked a package deal which was excellent value for money.

The hotel is very close to Ann Hathaway's cottage (which sadly wasn't open) it is a 15 minute stroll into Stratford. We would recommend the MAD museum.

An extra plus for us was there was a Catholic church a few minutes walk away.

A most excellent stay here at Burnside the room was amazing. All the staff couldn't do enough for you. A beautiful hotel to stay and very friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend. The food is amazing!!!

Great hotel with fantastic staff, well prepared food and extremely clean bedrooms and hotel.

Lovely hotel

Only booked 1 night wish we d booked longer, very relaxing hotel, food in restaurant was excellent, service was excellent too, would definitely stay again. Only negative is the charge for Carpark, it s not in the town centre of Stratford so couldn t justify being charged.

We stayed for my partner s birthday on the package deal which included a spacious and beautifully decorated, clean executive room.
Sparking clean bathroom with power shower and luxurious towel.

The staff were attentive and friendly.

The bar looked good but, due to COVID, the cozy bit at the bar was a no go zone. The bar area under glass roof was a bit corridor-like... could do with tying in with the rest of the hotel which is beautifully decorated.

The restaurant was lovely with a good selection and lovely food presentation. Breakfast was perfect in terms of selection and quality.

Would definitely stay again.

Autumn mid-week stay

Lovely & helpful staff - a little under pressure due to 2 absentees during our stay..
Cosy dining room with all meals cooked to order which meant leisurely valuable asset..
Comfy bar area to relax in following dinner.
The quality of the fixtures & fittings throughout was excellent - particularly so in the case of the bathroom. Room air-conditioning is another extremely good feature.
There is a small lawned area adjacent to the car park with a table + chairs to use when the weather was favourable.
Overall a very well-kept & comfortable hotel.
