Lovely hotel, nice location.

Very nice hotel. spacious rooms, nice restaurant in quiet location. Friendly staff and nice restaurant.
The only negative is paying for parking, which was unexpected and should be part of the cost of hotel as unable to park anywhere nearby.

Couldn t of asked for more

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff Member Lucy, very helpful and accommodating. Showed us personally where our room was and asked if we would like a drink.
Room was beautiful, decorated to a high standard, bed very comfortable and shower certainly made u feel refreshed.
Honestly we can t thank the staff and hotel management enough, all were very polite and nothing was ever to much to ask.
Bed made and room cleaned every morning to a high standard and drinks left.
The whole experience of our short break was outstanding, we definitely would go back as it s situated perfect to town, yet peaceful and quiet in the evenings to relax.
Highly recommended without hesitation, Thankyou to all the staff.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of Stratford.

Overall very good value for money. Beautiful room and lovely friendly staff. Only criticism is having to pay for the car parking. It is a hotel car park and should be part of the total cost. It was a private car park not a public car park.

A very enjoyable stay.

The hotel was excellent. Very helpful staff. The hotel was within reasonable walking distance.of the town. The food was wonderful and the chef made every effort to make small adjustments to meals to suit us.
This is a small hotel without some of the facilities of the larger ones but there was nothing else that we needed for our stay.
Initially, we found the need to make a full non-refundable payment a month beforehand rather worrying but took a chance plus there was a five pound a day additional charge for parking which we hadn't come across before. However, we will, hopefully, go back there another time since it was an enjoyable visit.

The room and hotel were immaculate and we were impressed by the high standard maintained throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful and arranged a taxi to take us into Stratford which was a great help.

Excellent one night break

Excellent stay at this hotel for 1 night . Room spotless and immaculate. I have sleep issues and asked for a quiet room . I slept really well . Will definitely return

Excellent place for a break

Three couples staying for a break in Stratford.

Although the Burnside is a little way outside the town, transport in is easy. The hotel itself was excellent. staff were friendly and very accommodating.The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious, much better than many popular brands. We ate in the hotel on our second night and both the food and service were first class. The bar is perhaps not the best in terms of a welcoming space, but that did not detract from what is a really good hotel and one that we will return to.
