Lovely stay in a fantastic location

Mike, Lancashire, stayed: March 2025

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel exterior and grounds are very impressive and this is continued inside
The room was lovely, large and luxurious.
A very beautiful building and feel. Definitely a luxurious manor house.
The only negatives being the fact there is no lift and no air-conditioning.the room was extremely warm and we were aware aircon units were being fitted, but during our stay they were not operational. The reception did provide us with a small fan.
Breakfast and evening dinner was superb.
Very warm and welcoming, attentive staff.
Overall a great stay.
My wife did leave something in the room (dental item) and we rang after we left and were advised housekeeping would check and the tooth guard returned in the post but this doesn't seem to have been followed up.

Relaxing stay

AM, Worcestershire, stayed: February 2025

Lovely night away with friends. Very comfortable and relaxing. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Evening meal a bit disappointing- no excuse for cold soup surely.
But breakfast excellent.
Lovely building and rooms. Excellent value for money.

Lovely break.

AL, Worcestershire, stayed: February 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our late winter break. Billesley Manor is a lovely place to stay. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room (54) was excellent. However I would say that the drinks are expensive (as they are everywhere these days) and that the breakfast offer whilst tasty could be improved: for example, offering freshly fried or poached eggs cooked to order. Once received from the serving staff (who were excellent), customers could then add the items from the buffet breakfast.

Really enjoyable

JR, West Midlands, stayed: February 2025

Pretty well everything during our stay was really good. The staff were particularly helpful - in al areas (bar, restaurant, reception). We stay here regularly.
Our only negative relates to the part of the deal that gives us 2 glasses of Prosecco; neither of us particularly enjoys Prosecco so we were quite surprised to learn that there is/was no alternative (like a glass of red or a martini). We're just surprised as at other hotels, if a similar circumstance has arisen, we've always been pleased when an alternative was given to us. Hence, my wife has one glass each night. But that aside, it is our most favourite venue for a short break. Thank you, all.

Fabulous hotel

Texzbar, stayed: February 2025

Gorgeous place to stay, really lovely staff particularly on reception. Enormous rooms with excellent bathroom.
Spa was very nice but a little shabby in places ( broken tiles on floor)
Restaurant was not gourmet but good nevertheless- something for everyone. Breakfast was OUTSTANDUNG !
The only real problem was the bar. The bartender was run off his feet so long waits to get served & during our 2 night stay he did not have the ingredients to make espresso martini, had run out of Disaronno & on the 2nd night ran out of beer & lager !!! Not good.

Ann, Worcestershire, stayed: February 2025

Stayed here to spend time together with my friend. Staff very helpful and very polite. Food in restaurant was so tasty, we were impressed. Disappointed there was no jacuzzi in spa. But we had a lovely stay and plan to visit again later this year
