We visited during the hottest part of the summer, but the room stayed pleasantly cool throughout. While the property is a little dated, everything was in good order and we had no complaints.

The bedroom was well fitted and very comfortable. The dining area was never too crowded, and the staff were helpful in suggesting slight adjustments to the set meals, which was much appreciated as I have allergies. Breakfast was relaxed, plentiful, and enjoyable.

The spa was a real highlight peaceful, relaxing, and staffed by friendly, welcoming people. The grounds are also very pretty, making the whole stay feel calm and refreshing.

Nice hotel.windows in our room in very bad condition.meal on first night took over two and a half hours.

Enjoyable stay.

A little run down in places. Bar area very tired, bar itself very expensive. It was a very nice one night midweek break and definitely value for money as our stay included and evening meal and a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival.

Brilliant staff

The staff went out their way to be helpful and were more than happy to engage in conversation. Our room was excellent and the front terrace was lovely with great views. The leisure club was very good
