Over all a very good stay, very minor point the lighting level in our room needed improvement, Great dining experience.

Husbands 70th Birthday

After spending all day on my husbands' birthday stuck in traffic on the M5 it was great to arrive at the hotel at last. When we checked in we were too late for our cream tea but were told we were able to have it the following day. Our room was excellent, spacious and light overlooking the gardens which were beautiful. The history behind the hotel was very interesting and it had many original features still there. We look forward to staying again.

Stay at Wood Norton July 2017

Lovely hotel beautiful condition and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Service in the restaurant was prompt and courteous.  Our pleasure was adversely affected by the crowds of a wedding party, fortunately the weather was good meaning the function took place outside.However the running around of children and the bustle of wedding guests destroyed the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.  We would only consider visiting again if there was no wedding at that time.

Welcoming

My husband and I enjoyed a warm welcoming break at The Wood Norton. The staff were very helpful and polite. We had an up grade in our accommodation which made our stay that extra special. I am a coeliac and The chef was made me meals of my choice, now that's service with a smile

Romantic break

Great Anniversary Stay

Never stayed here before but very impressed when we stayed for our 37th wedding anniversary. Only regret is that we wish we had known about the gourmet restaurant before using the standard restaurant. No one mentioned.
