Romantic return visit

Our one night stay was our second visit to this hotel, the last time being nearly 53 years ago on the occasion of our wedding. We were welcomed by charming and extremely helpful staff who wanted to make this stay as memorable as our first. The accommodation was delightful and the evening meal was superb. Additionally the breakfast was sumptuous and offered a huge choice. While it is not a cheap hotel to stay at we would recommend taking advantage of all that The Swan has to offer and hope we may get the chance to stay there again.

Wonderful Birthday Weekend

From time of arrival to departure we experienced friendly, helpful and efficient service from all the staff of this beautiful old hotel. The age of the property belies the superb interior. Special mention to Virginia on reception who obviously put herself out to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. Many thanks to all.

Fabulous hotel

Just had a 1 night stay & we really enjoyed it. Great room, restaurant & food were excellent with friendly staff & a beautiful location. Will definitely return, hopefully for a longer stay.

My idea of heaven.

Our one night stay was a birthday gift for my partner from his family. I loved the Hotel, the weather was perfect for the day we arrived, and dreadful for the following morning, so we will have to come back again to do all the things we had planned. The food was beautifully cooked and presented and the staff couldn't have been more polite, friendly and helpful. I think we had what is called a very good room, it was perfect. The weekend before we arrived was a Bank Holiday so I'm told that it was manic. Certainly the staff showed no signs of being tired or having tourist fatigue. Well done, I'm just hoping hoping that we can return before too long.

Good stay at Bibury

A nice hotel in a beatiful location. Staff very helpful and attentive. Room very good and comforable. More cupboard space would be helpful and not everyone likes rain showers over a very deep bath.

We had a long weekend at the swan the room was first class the staff execellent food very good could not have wished for more.
