One night stay
On arrival we were shown to the restaurant as they weren t sure our room was ready. We ordered drinks and were given some delicious ginger cake. We asked what was available to eat and we were offered a Charcuterie board which was delicious.
We enquired about where was good to eat for that evening and the manager offered to make us a reservation at a nearby Italian restaurant which was very welcome.
After our drinks and food we were shown to our room which was a park view room, spacious and very comfortable. We were asked to choose our breakfast before we went out that evening. On our way out we gave our choices.
The hotel was near to the centre of the city but very quiet and parking onsite was a bonus.
Breakfast was delicious and as we had pre ordered was served promptly.
We left the car in the car park until early afternoon while we went back into the city..
Fabulous as always
Good location- quiet location but close to city for restaurants, shopping and historical attractions. Superb room facing the park with new shower room. Excellent staff and breakfast.
An oasis of peace right in the city
Really warm welcome - tea and ginger cake. Delightful room, overlooking garden, well appointed bathroom with Penhaligan toiletries. Fresh flowers and homemade shortcake. Very comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good but we had expected excellent, Better quality produce. One waitress less charming. But would stay again, Thank you. .

What a little gem - perfect location in Bath
We loved our stay at Roseate Villa - we were made very welcome, our room was lovely - although our bathroom was particularly tiny! The breakfast was beautiful and fresh. Nice touches were hand made biscuits in the room, glass of Prosecco on arrival and a shot of homemade smoothie for breakfast.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.
Super Hotel
We had a wonderful stay at the Roseate Villa at the beginning of September, we received a very warm welcome with tea and cake upon arrival and immediately felt at home. Information was given about the area with restaurants and places to visit in the town. As Bath has so many lovely restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel is was good that the hotel don't cater for evening meals. Our room was huge over looking the Park and the bed was so comfortable. We had a lovely breakfast the next morning. The staff we really friendly and helpful, we definitely want to go back and stay for two nights!
