Lovely place to stay, small and friendly.
Excellent place to stay, it's 4th time at villa magdala for me and no complaints. So convenient and parking in central bath, flat walk to town. It's more like a boutique hotel rather than a b&b.

Great location, it was our wedding anniversary while we were there and they gave us a card and chocolates which was a lovely touch. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was great. Would recommend this hotel.
A Luxurious Home
A wonderful place, everything we had wished for. The staff could not do enough for you , the location was superb and the breakfasts beautifully cooked. I would stay here again and would be a great place for a get together with friends and family. Not having a dinner restaurant is good as it allows you to sample the many opportunities in Bath. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so pleasurable and special.
Best Ever Hotel
My daughter & I have several breaks a year & we must say, this is one of the best we have stayed in! On arrival, we were greeted warmly by Caroline who helped us in with our luggage. She then ask us whether we would like tea or coffee in their quite luxurious dining room. We opted for tea which was served with some delicious home made cake slices.
Breakfast the next morning could not be faulted! The choice was excellent! Jean-Luc was exceptionally attentive & nothing was too much bother! Whilst staying at The Roseate Villa, I unfortunately lost my voice & Caroline, without hesitation, provided me with a delicious hot drink of honey, lemon & ginger which helped to soothe it somewhat.
We have actually booked to stay again in September!

Well located
This well located, family run B&B I fine for a short sightseeing stay.
Definitely Stay
The Hotel Roseate was in a great location once we found it. The bedroom was spotlessly clean with welcoming comfortable furnishing. The staff were all very helpful and we did appreciate the use of the parking permit. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection including home made jams etc. The bathroom was too small but I expect other rooms may of had a bigger bathroom. Definitely recommend.
Super Hotel
We had a wonderful stay at the Roseate Villa at the beginning of September, we received a very warm welcome with tea and cake upon arrival and immediately felt at home. Information was given about the area with restaurants and places to visit in the town. As Bath has so many lovely restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel is was good that the hotel don't cater for evening meals. Our room was huge over looking the Park and the bed was so comfortable. We had a lovely breakfast the next morning. The staff we really friendly and helpful, we definitely want to go back and stay for two nights!
