Discovering Bath
Hotel was 1st class from our room into restaurant. Staff very helpful, room was excellent and we
will certainly stay again. Only downside . it hardly stopped raining and we could not blame the
hotel for that.

Lovely and conveniently central place to stay.
2 night stay
Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Room small and bathroom tiny!! Basin was cloakroom size.
Unusual to have to state a time for breakfast and choose what you will want the night before.
Shame there is no evening meals.
Highly recommend
Lovely Hotel, perfectly positioned in Bath. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well presented. Definitely would stay there again.
Refreshing Break
Extremely refreshing break. Very calming environment. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming showing a high level of customer care / training. Whilst our room was warm (the villa can't control the weather!) we enjoyed relaxing in it after exploring Bath and an afternoon at Bath races.
Breakfast was made to order, promptly served and of high quality. Cocktails we had prior to going out to dinner in bath was spot on.
Very convenient quiet location and just a 5 to 10 min walk into Bath town centre.
Huge thanks to staff for a fantastic stay. We'll definitely be back at some point.
Simply The Best
All the hotel staff were excellent - friendly, efficient, helpful and providing 100% service for visitors to Bath. Really couldn't be better in any way. Hotel location and staff make a return visit a must.
Perfect location, 5 mins. from Bath centre, with car park
This is the second time we have used this hotel, as, with slight mobility problems, its position is ideal.
The only problem is the flight of steps to access the interior.
There being no restaurant for evening meals is not a problem, because it is so near to the city s facilities, but the hotel would earn an excellent rating if there was a comfortable lounge to use during the day, or at least , two chairs in the bedroom.
Great hotel in great location
We stayed at the Roseate Villa hotel for our wedding anniversary and were really pleased with our choice of hotel. It's in a really good location just a couple of minutes' walk from Pulteney Bridge and it was very easy walking distance to the two restaurants we'd booked for our evening meals. The breakfasts in the hotel were superb, with freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade smoothies as well as the fruit salad from the continental breakfast and cooked options too. The full vegetarian breakfast was delicious, as was the full English, along with its excellent black pudding (according to husband, who judges a hotel breakfast on such things). Eggs royale and eggs benedict were very good too.
The room was quiet and comfortable and the homemade shortbread biscuits with the tea/coffee facilities were delicious. Penhaligon's toiletries in the bathroom too.
We were both impressed at the level of service and attention to detail by the staff. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful and we were astonished to find one of the cleaning staff on her hands and knees in the hall, vacuuming every inch of the carpet in minute detail.
The only minor criticism was that the 20 per day parking charge to use the hotel car park wasn't obvious on the booking information, but over all we felt that the hotel was very good value.
