Weird location. Good for a quiet night.

Anon, stayed: November 2023

Good service from staff, location was slightly weird, not a lot locally so you are restricted to the hotel and the bar.
The restaurant was lovely. Bowling was good fun and room was ok, a little odd.

Great hotel

Rutendo M, Staffordshire, stayed: July 2023

The hotel, the staff absolutely lovely. However I am disappointed about the description of the lazy balcony room I choose. Description noted that the balcony had beautiful views. To my dismay the balcony is all closed up. Nothing to see. Quite disappointed

The Heyford

We recently stayed at The Heyford, I cannot compliment the management of the hotel enough on their excellent customer service to its guests.
Every staff member we came into contact with were polite, courteous, smiling and appeared happy in their work, nothing was to.mhch trouble to them.
The hotel itself was pleasant, nicely decorated, with an excellent restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.
There was nothing much to do in the vicinity of the hotel, but tge staff were happy to make suggestions of places to visit.

We had an enjoyable stay.

Excellent Service

The restaurant although not gourmet offers a range of meals that are OK but the service was excellent with nothing too much trouble, special mention to Lauren on this.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff.
We had a really nice 3 nights stay.
The staff couldn't be more friendly.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends.

A welcoming hotel

Peter, Gloucestershire, stayed: September 2024

We enjoyed our stay at The Heyford. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout; we felt that our dog was just accepted as another guest (with dog bowls and treats left in the room); the location was good and the food in the restaurant was very good.
