Ideal place for a stop off
Nice hotel friendly welcome and nicely situated a short walk from Tewkesbury. Very good dinner.

Had an excellent stay meeting up with friends from different parts of the country. Very good value. Excellent food.
One night stay
Overall, the hotel was excellent. The only shortcoming was in the room. It had been cleaned but there was a dirty drinks bottle on the floor, containing a brown fluid and a cigarette butt. I reported this to reception and was given an apology.
Nice place to stay for a few days
A smart but rather expensive hotel catering mainly to the golfing fraternity. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. The rooms were nice, clean and well decorated, with pleasant views over the golf courses.
The food was quite good, but over fussy and expensive, especially the side dishes.
It would be helpful if the Reception knew from housekeeping/maintenance what the condition of the rooms were in if any upgrading or repair working was being carried out.
Otherwise a nice quite and comfortable weekend stay
A relaxing stay
We arrived a little earlier than expected, but our room was ready and we were allowed in. This was good. A bottle of fizz was included in our deal, but because we weren t keen on that particular wine, we asked for it to be changed. This was done ahead of our arrival, and there it was, awaiting us in our room. Brilliant!
And as for dinner - the food was outstanding. Dinner was unforgettable.
Excellent Spa Hotel
Fabulous stay celebrating our friend's 30th Wedding Anniversary staff were so welcoming and provided everything we required for our wonderful stay
TP - Totally Perfect !
The ideal setting for ( our Ruby) Wedding celebrations and a relaxing centre from which to explore the Cotswolds in all its glory. Thanks to all the team at TP, seen or unseen, they made our stay perfect.
Amazing room; restaurant fine but not exceptional
We were upgraded to a historic suite (they say they upgrade when they can) which was amazing, and so nice to arrive to with the enormous bed, bottle of prosecco and large bathroom which even had a mirror-TV - hadn't seen one of them before!
Restaurant was good, but food, while fine, wasn'tn particularly exceptional or memorable given the prices on the menu! I certainly wouldn't go to the restaurant independently and pay those prices, but it was reasonable value as dinner (up to 40 pp) was included in the deal.
