Fantastic stay

What a great hotel, we were greeted by very helpful and friendly staff and showed to our small but very comfortable room which was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The whole hotel was very clean and comfortable with every little detail well thought out and executed. Breakfast in the great restaurant was very good too.
Overall a wonderful stay, thank you.

Complements to the chefs.

Lovely room over looking the square. The bathroom was big but no surfaces to put ones toiletries on. A glass shelf in the corner by the window would be very useful. Also a case rack would have been useful in the bedroom. This is for room 4. Otherwise the room was excellent.
The food was excellent also complements to the chefs. The receptionist was very efficient and friendly.

Room absolutely stunning with roll top bath in the bedroom. Luxurious furnishings and just lovely!
Very helpful staff and overall perfect. Only complaint is the coffee machine didn t work which was a shame! Would definitely return!

The hotel was lovely, comfortable, relaxing, dog friendly too. Lovely decor, great breakfasts too. An easy walk to the Promenade where the shops are & great bus service.

A Lovely Hotel

A wonderful place to stay. Great location and only a short walk into Cheltenham centre. On site parking. Warm welcome and the friendly staff always on hand and helpful. Breakfast and the evening meal were both superb. Would recommend and I will be coming back.
