lovely hotel and staff

Went for a couple of nights for wifes birthday. Premier deluxe room turned out to located away from main hotel so paid for upgrade to hotel. All very lovely. Restaurant terrific both nights and staff friendly and helpful. Would be happy to go again for a celebration.

Great stay in a lovely venue

We really enjoyed our stay, the food was amazing, the property lovely. The spa facility was nice.

Highlight was Ollie who took us to our room and we had several further interactions with, he made the stay very personal. Only downside was time in spa, greeting at reception not great and our robes were taken whilst we were using outside facilities and seemed problematic to replace.

Enjoyable one night stay. All staff were helpful, friendly and polite. We had a room in the Spa building which was very comfortable. My wife has some mobility issues and the hotel suited her well-the room in the Spa was easily accessed and nearby parking made life much easier.
Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Some imaginative and tasty, well presented dishes.

A beautiful spa hotel with outstanding food

This is a lovely hotel. We stayed in Orchard House which is more modern. The food is exceptional at dinner. Breakfast average. The treatment in spa ( hot stone massage ) was excellent. The pool is lovely bit at the price one pays for hotel it should be available to guests as part of the hotel facilities and not as an extra payment. The staff were really good and efficient. Highly recommended

Great Pre Xmas Getaway

A great hotel close to Warwick and Stratford on Avon. Staff were excellent from start to finish, fitting us in quickly to use the spa and helping us find our room. Restaurant menu is excellent and the staff worked hard both in front and back of house to accommodate my pregnant wife, changing out ingredients at the drop of a hat with a no change in the quality of the meal. It is a little out of town and visitors need to be prepared for the price of dining in (definitely no pizza and chips or burgers on the menu!) but it was perfect for a pre Xmas (and pre baby) getaway for a night. Great hotel with the staff standing out. Excellent stay, would recommend and visit again in the future.
