A Special occasion place
This was our second stay and it was even better than the first.Excellent customer service, small but relaxing spa and wonderful food though the portions are small.Fits the bill for a luxury hotel and will definitely go back for a third time.

Very friendly welcome. All staff co-operative and polite. Room excellent. Breakfast superb.
Lovely hotel and caring staff
What sets this hotel apart is the professionalism of the friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The bedrooms and public rooms are comfortable and the meals are excellent. The surrounding gardens are lovely and well cared for. Several NT properties nearby.
This is a perfect hotel for a short break if you want to be spoiled for a day or so.

A birthday retreat
Always difficult to get a good place to eat and stay straight after Xmas so I was very pleased to find your service, offer and a really lovely place to go.
The staff were extremely friendly and not at all jaded after what must be their busiest time of the year. The food was very good and we were given a lovely room in the spa annex due to refurbishing of the main hotel. This was very handy for a visit to the gym and the swimming pool and saunas. The hotel is only minutes away from Leamington Spa which was once a charming town full of high end shops. Sadly current times have depressed this town like so many others.
Lovely room, great venue, but must change policy of charging for spa
Arrival and departure at reception was perfect, a smiling and welcoming face to greet us, car taken to the car park whilst we were shown to our room. Our room, in the spa building, was delightful, large bed, comfy chairs to relax in, glass of bubbly on arrival was a nice touch, bathroom with lovely shower and separate bath.
The gym was well equipped and very clean.
The spa is relatively small, with around 11 sunbeds around the indoor pool but has a decent sauna and steam room, but, unless you have a spa treatment, being charged 30 per couple for an hour ( 50 for two hours) is frankly tight and misguided when you've paid 350 ish for DBB. In their defence, it does tell you on their website that this will be the case, but having stayed in lots of Relais and Chateaux hotels over the years and NEVER been charged before, it seems to me to be penny pinching and profiteering. We gave feedback when we checked out and actually they removed the 30 fee, although explaining that it was company policy to charge. As we checked out, another couple were giving the same feedback.
All in all it's a lovely place with excellent staff and a very nice atmosphere and we would return at some point.
