There are two dining spaces at Cotswold House, as well as an option to have lunch or dinner at our sister property The Noel Arms directly opposite.

The juxtaposition of our relaxed Cocktail Bar area and sophisticated Hidcote Brasserie & Grill restaurant creates a two-concept dining experience. Linked together, these spaces offer the best of both worlds.  

The Chipping Campden Cocktail Bar offers an informal dining experience, this is where the bar is located so expect a livelier vibe, cocktail shakers, the gurgling espresso machine, and locals coming and going. Dogs are welcome too. 

Hidcote Brasserie & Grill is a little more sedentary, romantic even, and is in a beautiful high ceilinged Regency room.  The same menu is served in both spaces for dinner.

 

Afternoon Tea

Traditional yet modern, our afternoon tea offers an unforgettable tasting experience. You can expect to enjoy loose leaf teas, dainty sandwiches and seasonal menus; all complete with locally made teapots and Robert Welch silverware.  What could be better than Afternoon Tea overlooking one of Cotswoldsmost beautiful High Streets, Chipping Campden, with the log fire in the winter or escape to the seclusion of the gardens in the summer.

At Cotswold House, we think there's nothing better to accentuate an afternoon tea than a scenic landscape. Nestled in the heart of the Chipping Campden we're in the prime location for picturesque views of the Cotswold limestone and the Cotswold 'walled garden' to the rear. 

Afternoon Tea is available on Saturdays and Sundays in The Hidcote Brasserie : 12pm to 3pm Booking is essential.

You'll find all the good old classics like Vodka Martini, Negroni and Espresso Martinis. We also allow the young pretenders of cocktails, like the Bees Knees or Painkiller to come to the fore with our Chipping Campden Cocktail Club (CCCC) range of innovative mixes created by our passionate in-house mixologists including some trendy mocktails to complete the CCCC range.

 

For those wishing to ski off the cocktail piste, we offer a full range of gorgeous wine by the glass, artisan gins and spirits and a notable selection of single malt whisky. Accompanying our accomplished choice of cocktails, wines and spirits is a Light Bites and
Tapas menu created by our chefs to match any cocktail occasion.
