Nice staff, food disappointing
Very friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome. Food quality was poor. Some dishes seemed to be frozen not fresh, others were just disappointing (fish cakes that were basically potato croquettes). No fresh juice at breakfast (only concentrated) and fruit itself was old, no individual fruit yogurts. Charged extra for proper coffee (espresso).

Would be excellent if my camera hadn't disappeared from my room

I am sorry that we were unable to find your item of lost property that you believe was left in the bedroom on your departure . All items of value if found in the bedroom would be handed straight to myself as General Manager and we would were possible make contact with the guest straight away. In the hope that they are still in the area to collect the item.

Ran out of virtually everything on the evening menu. Same staff on at breakfast which was a bit of a shambles.
Lovely stay
Had a wonderful stay at Bowden Hall .The staff were all lovely. Nothing was too much trouble .The room and food were all very good and I would love to stay again

We could not fault the staff they were all very helpful the location was lovely and the hotel
was very clean.. Our fan in the bathroom was faulty and they fixed it at once. A lovely stay

Super Stay
From the moment we arrived to celebrate my birthday, my Mum and I were bowled over by the friendly staff and beautifully contemporary lounge areas. We loved the breakfast, perfect start to the day... And snuggled into restaurant and room service food. Both super.

Great hotel - the staff made our stay
This is an excellent hotel but our stay was made even better by helpful friendly staff. The one thing we were after was more choice for breakfast mains as the cooked options became a little repetitive after 3 days! We would definitely stay here again.
