Beautiful Hotel
We stayed at Billesley Manors during a weekend break to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had been asked at the point of booking if it was an occasion. How lovely to find a bottle of champagne, chocolates and a card wishing up a pleasant stay and a happy anniversary. The Hotel is beautiful, set in lovely grounds and welcoming from the moment you step inside. Our room was amazing with views over the garden. We made use of the Spa too which was also very good. On the whole Billesley Manor is definitely a place that I will be recommending and will most certainly be visiting again.
Peaceful haven
Turning into the drive and approaching the glorious building and grounds was such a pleasing start to our 4 night break. Once Receptipn had effieiently dealt with our arrival, we crossed the courtyard to our spacious room and large ensuite.Tasteful furnishings and all added extras being appreciated. Having booked ahead for mealtimes and Spa use , everything slotted in to our plans for the days ahead. The Restaurant was spacious with a nice ambience and meals, especially dinner, were excellent. Our afternoon swims were for max 6 but we were only 4 most days. ALLthe staff were courteous, helpful and friendly and, having to work under strict conditions due to Covid 19, helped to make the stay feel as "normal" as possible. Quite, peaceful setting, but close to many interesting places to visit. It was a delightful break and a big THANKYOU to Billesley Manor.
Wedding Anniversary stay
We booked this hotel for one night for our 51st Wedding Anniversary. The approach to the hotel was very impressive, and right away we new we had made the right choice for our hotel stay. The staff were very pleasent on arrival and carried our case to our room due to there being no lifts. Our room was in the Manor with a garden view which was lovely. The breakfast and evening meal was excellent. We would recommend 'The Billesley Manor Hotel ' .
Fabulous Break
An amazing two night break at a wonderful & outstanding hotel. Food was a delight. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend
Great refurb and rooms!
Lovely inside and out - nice gardens and building, with renovated bedrooms that are top notch.
Luxury 4 days meals excellent
Had to change our top floor room did not realise no lift, that was my fault when booked but is was changed to a ground floor room.lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Autumn break
Very impressive gardens and hotel building rooms were very warm and comfortable and made good use of the pool on the three days we were there found the changing rooms were cold and showers did not work in the female changing rooms but otherwise very good the restaurant was very good and the food excellent and would like to say thank you to Vivien who looked after us on the three nights for her excellent service I would advise that the hotel put some mirrors on the opposite side of the road as exiting the drive is very dangerous as you cannot see what coming until you are half way out of drive will definitely be returning in the future
Lovely stay at a beautiful hotel.
My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The outside of the hotel is impressive as are the gardens. Not a weed in sight! We visited the little church where Anne Hathaway and Shakespeare may have married. We had a lovely large room with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very well trained, helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious.
Even though a wedding was being held in the hotel we were not disturbed by any noise. The swimming pool looked very inviting but we did not have time to use it. I am sure we will stay again for longer so that we can make full use of all the facilities.
